1.Agent 系统设计与开发，基于大模型设计、实现智能 Agent，负责 Agent 的整体架构设计并落地到具体业务场景（PC软件、测试自动化等场景）。 2.知识与数据集成，将知识库、业务数据接入 Agent 系统，设计数据清洗、索引构建和更新机制，保证 Agent 获取的信息准确、实时。 3.性能优化与质量评估，建立 Agent 的自动化评测体系并持续迭代。针对不同任务场景进行模型、参数、Prompt、工具调用策略的优化，平衡效果与成本。 4.跨团队协作与产品落地，与产品、运营、业务团队紧密协作，理解业务痛点，抽象出可复用的 Agent 能力模块。

1.计算机、软件工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2.具备扎实的计算机基础与工程能力，熟练掌握 Python（优先）或 TypeScript / JavaScript，具备良好的代码结构设计能力和编码规范意识； 3.熟悉大模型相关基础概念与应用方式，包括但不限于：Prompt Engineering、Embedding 与向量检索、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）、Function Calling / Tool Calling等， 并至少完整参与过 1 个基于 LLM 的实际应用或项目（如智能客服、智能助手、代码助手、自动化测试/运营工具等）； 4.具备良好的工程化与问题拆解能力，能够将相对模糊的业务需求转化为可执行的技术方案，并在不确定性较高的场景下推进落地； 5.学习能力与动手能力强，对新技术保持持续关注，能够快速理解并应用新的模型、框架或工具。

【加分项】 1.有多 Agent 系统或工作流编排 实践经验，使用过 LangChain、AutoGen、CrewAI 等相关框架者优先； 2.有AI应用相关的工程化经验，如评测体系建设、Prompt 版本管理、成本控制或线上稳定性优化； 3.在GitHub 或技术社区有开源项目、技术博客或技术分享，或在 NLP / AI 相关方向有论文发表或研究成果。
