1. 负责移动端（iOS / Android）客户端产品的架构设计、功能开发及持续优化，编写高质量、可维护、易扩展的代码； 2. 深度参与产品需求分析，与产品、设计、服务端及硬件团队紧密协作，推动需求高质量交付； 3. 持续优化客户端架构及工程体系，提升应用启动速度、稳定性、内存占用、功耗、渲染性能及用户体验； 4. 参与智能硬件相关能力建设，包括设备发现、连接、配网、通信、OTA 升级及设备管理等功能开发； 5. 参与音视频相关能力建设，包括播放器开发、视频渲染、编解码优化及播放体验优化。

基础要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 iOS 或 Android 客户端开发经验； 2. 精通 iOS 或 Android 任一平台开发，具备良好的编码规范、架构设计能力及工程化实践经验； 3. 熟悉客户端性能优化，包括启动优化、内存管理、卡顿分析、Crash/ANR 排查、功耗优化、网络优化及包体积优化； 4. 具备良好的架构设计能力，能够独立完成模块设计、技术方案制定及核心功能开发； 5. 熟悉 Git、CI/CD、模块化、组件化等现代移动端工程体系。

平台技术要求 iOS - 精通 Swift，熟悉 SwiftUI、UIKit、Combine、Swift Concurrency（async/await、Actor）等现代 iOS 技术栈； - 熟悉 iOS 生命周期、RunLoop、GCD、内存管理、多线程及性能优化。 Android - 精通 Kotlin，熟悉 Java，熟悉 Jetpack Compose、Coroutines、Flow、Jetpack 等现代 Android 技术栈； - 熟悉 Android Framework、Activity、Fragment、Binder、多线程及性能优化。 Flutter - 熟悉 Flutter 开发框架及生态，了解 Flutter Engine、Rendering Pipeline、Platform Channel 等核心机制； - 熟悉 Flutter 与原生混合开发模式，具备 Flutter Plugin、Platform Channel、FFI 等开发经验； - 有大型 Flutter 工程、模块化、组件化或多端共享实践经验者优先。 AI Engineering - 熟练使用 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code、ChatGPT 等 AI Coding 工具，能够将 AI 深度应用于需求分析、架构设计、编码、测试、调试及 Code Review 等研发全流程； - 熟悉 AI Agent、Tool Calling、Workflow 等现代 AI 应用架构，具备 AI Native 软件开发思维； - 能够结合 AI 持续优化软件架构、研发流程及开发效率，具备 AI 辅助工程实践经验。
