拓竹（Bambu Lab）正在重新定义桌面3D打印机的体验边界。我们的产品卖到全球，用户对外观质感和色彩细节的期待与日俱增。这个岗位将从零搭建拓竹的CMF体系——从产品硬件到耗材色彩，覆盖完整的设计语言建构。

岗位职责 1.建立拓竹CMF设计标准与资源库，包括色彩体系、材质规范、工艺标准及质量管控流程，推动设计语言从项目驱动走向体系化； 2.负责全系列硬件产品（打印机、配件及新品类）的CMF方案设计，覆盖色彩定义、材质选型、表面工艺，并完成从打样到量产的效果把控与问题解决； 3.主导耗材年度色彩规划，定义分层色彩策略，确保耗材与硬件产品在视觉语言上的整体一致性； 4.深度对接研发、供应链与品质团队，跟进打样与量产全流程，解决色差、良率等CMF落地问题。

1.5年以上消费电子CMF设计经验，有大厂CMF体系参与或搭建经验； 2.扎实的色彩理论基础，对色差、材质质感有高度敏锐度，能独立输出完整CMF方案； 3.熟悉塑胶、金属等主流基材特性，掌握喷涂、喷砂、阳极氧化、丝印、镭雕、IML等表面处理工艺及效果控制； 4.具备从概念到量产的全流程交付能力，不止于出方案，能跟到问题闭环。
