核心职责 1. 面向海外市场，持续挖掘具备优秀动手能力与创作表达力的KOL，独立推进合作洽谈，包括创意共建、预算谈判、合作模式设计。 2. 围绕 Let’s Make It Fund，联合KOL共同打磨具有话题性和传播潜力的项目创意，并与PR / 社媒 / 投放 / MakerWorld团队协同，放大项目影响力。 3. 同时管理多个中大型项目（3-5个），推进从立项、制作到上线的完整周期，稳定实现季度级标杆项目发布。 4. 除标杆项目之外，推进部分常规KOL合作内容，持续强化 Let’s Make It 的品牌表达与日常曝光。

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、影视、英语等相关专业优先。 2. 英文可作为工作语言，能够自如与KOL及MCN进行高质量沟通与谈判。 3. 拥有丰富的海外KOL/创作者合作经验，熟悉海外社媒生态与创作者合作逻辑。 4. 具备优秀的BD能力：能够独立推进从破冰到签约的全过程，并达成复杂合作。 5. 具备成熟的内容判断力，理解什么样的内容“值得做”，以及具备持续放大价值的可能性。 6. 项目管理能力强，能同时推进多个长周期项目，具备清晰节奏与优先级管理能力。 7. 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，能适应长周期、高不确定性的项目环境。

加分项 1. 有成功操盘标杆级内容项目/爆款长视频的经验。 2. 熟悉Maker / DIY / 工程 / 手工 / 科技类创作者生态。 3. 个人运营过海外自媒体账号（不限平台），懂内容痛点与流量逻辑，具备站在创作者视角反推策略的能力。 4. 掌握基础短视频剪辑与封面设计技能，能快速产出二次传播素材。
