1. 统筹公司网站的内容方向研究和把控，深入挖掘用户需求，制定全年 SEO 方向以及执行方案； 2. 负责 SEO 工作 SOP 的优化以及推动上下游协同工作流程优化； 3. 对搜索引擎的规则更新以及内容趋势保持高敏感度，及时发现机会以及风险点； 4. 进行跨团队的内容制作沟通，保证网站风格以及内容符合用户搜索需求； 5. 定期对各站点 SEO 进行数据复盘，持续优化数据表现。

GEO： 6. AI 可见性监控：系统性追踪品牌在主流 AI 平台（ChatGPT、Perplexity、Google AI Overviews、Claude 等）中的引用情况、推荐排序及内容准确性； 7. AI 引用优化：分析 AI 引擎的信息检索逻辑（如 RAG 机制），优化内容结构和格式，提升品牌被 AI 引用和推荐的概率； 8. 品牌实体管理：确保品牌在 AI 可能检索的各类数据源（知识图谱、百科、行业媒体、社区论坛、视频平台等）中的信息一致、准确且权威； 9. 竞品 AI 声量分析：定期监测竞品在 AI 回答中的表现，进行对标分析，识别差距和机会； 10. 探索与实验：GEO 是快速演变的新领域，需要保持对 AI 搜索产品更新和学术研究的敏感度，主动设计实验、验证假设、沉淀方法论。

1. 本科以上学历，3年以上海外 SEO、网站运营等相关工作经验，具有相关的成功案例； 2. 熟悉 SEO 相关的一、三方工具，包括但不限于：GSC、GA、Datastudio、Semrush、Ahrefs； 3. 较强的管理以及跨职能部门沟通的能力； 4. 对 AI 技术有浓厚兴趣，了解大语言模型（LLM）的基本工作原理，日常已是 ChatGPT/Perplexity 等 AI 工具的深度用户；

加分项（重要）： 5. 有实际验证过 "通过内容或技术手段提升品牌在 AI 搜索结果中可见性" 的经验或案例； 6. 具备数据分析和实验设计能力（如 A/B 测试思维），能从零建立监控和评估体系； 7. 对科技产品（尤其是 3D 打印）有较强的兴趣。
