Must Have 1.本科及以上学历，市场研究、商业分析、心理学、社会学、统计学或相关专业优先； 2.三年以上 Consumer Insights、Market Research、Competitive Intelligence 或 Product Marketing 相关经验； 3.熟悉定性及定量研究方法，能够独立设计研究方案并完成分析； 4.具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼关键结论； 5.良好的英文阅读及沟通能力，可跟踪全球市场信息并与海外团队协作； 6.优秀的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能够影响跨部门决策。 Preferred 1.有消费电子、智能硬件、Maker 或科技行业经验； 2.熟悉海外市场的消费者研究； 3.熟悉 Reddit、YouTube、Discord、Facebook Group 等海外社区生态，并能够从中挖掘用户声音； 4.有咨询公司、市场研究机构或互联网战略分析背景者优先。
