1. 组织与人才支持：深入了解所支持研发团队的人员结构、岗位配置及能力现状，协同技术 Leader 开展编制管理、人员配置、关键岗位补位及人才盘点等工作，及时识别并反馈组织与人才风险。 2. 关键人才与梯队建设：协助推进核心技术人才识别、骨干发展、人才任用与保留等工作；参与人才信息梳理、发展计划跟进及关键人才沟通，支持研发团队人才梯队建设。 3. 业务协同与项目落地：理解研发团队的业务目标、项目节奏及协作模式，承接招聘、绩效、晋升、培训、组织发展等人力资源项目，跟进项目执行与效果复盘，推动相关工作有效落地。 4. 员工关系与团队氛围：持续关注研发一线员工动态和团队氛围，及时识别员工关系、协作沟通及团队稳定性问题；在指导下妥善处理相关事项，推动营造坦诚、专注、协作的团队文化。 5. 数据与基础运营：维护人员与组织相关数据，定期输出基础人力分析，为管理者的人才与组织决策提供支持；完成其他与团队人力资源运营相关的工作。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先；3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，具备 HRBP 相关经验者优先。 2. 业务理解：对互联网、软件或研发团队的工作模式有基本了解；有支持技术、产品或研发团队经验者优先。 3. 专业能力：了解招聘、绩效、员工关系、人才发展等人力资源模块的基础工作方法，熟悉国家及上海当地劳动人事相关法律法规；能够独立推进常规事项并形成工作闭环。 4. 沟通与个人特质：沟通风格真诚、务实，具备一定的人际敏感度、沟通协调能力与同理心；自我驱动、责任心强，能够适应快速变化的业务节奏。
