1. 支持所负责研发团队的人才与组织工作，结合业务发展阶段、团队现状与目标，开展组织诊断与人才判断，识别关键问题并推动方案落地，支持业务持续发展与研发高效交付。 2. 深入理解研发团队人员结构与能力现状，基于业务优先级协同技术Leader进行人员配置、关键岗位补位与人才盘点，持续优化组织结构与人才梯队，推动研发组织健康发展。 3. 围绕核心技术人才的选拔、发展、任用与保留，为业务管理者提供有效建议，推动关键人才识别、骨干发展及梯队建设等工作落地，逐步建立与技术管理者之间的信任与影响力。 4. 承接公司文化与管理要求，持续关注研发一线团队动态，及时识别并妥善处理员工关系及组织氛围相关问题，推动营造坦诚、专注、协作的团队氛围，提升团队稳定性、凝聚力与核心人才归属感。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上HR领域相关经验，2年及以上HRBP工作经验，具备支持技术团队或产研团队的HRBP经验，熟悉技术团队的管理痛点与运作模式； 2. 了解人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备极强的独立思考、问题分析与业务诊断判断力，能以逻辑和数据驱动工作； 3. 自我驱动，思考力强，承压能力强，能适应公司快速发展的业务节奏及技术团队的敏捷变化； 4. 熟悉国家及深圳或上海当地相关的人力资源法律法规，具备良好的沟通协调能力、同理心和团队合作精神。
