Bambu Lab 正处于高速成长期，内部业务系统（供应链、物流、售后、履约、渠道等）的复杂度和规模快速扩张。我们需要一位有工程判断力、能深入业务的后端工程师，接手并主导核心系统的重构与演进。

岗位职责 1、负责内部业务系统（供应链、物流、售后、履约、渠道等方向）的后端开发与架构优化； 2、主导存量系统的梳理与重构，在保障业务连续性的前提下推动技术升级； 3、深入理解业务流程，与产品、运营等业务方紧密协作，将复杂需求转化为可落地的技术方案； 4、参与微服务拆分、中间件选型、数据库设计等核心技术决策； 5、建立和完善系统的可观测性、稳定性与工程规范。

必要条件 1、3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，有互联网大厂或高速成长型公司背景； 2、熟练掌握 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务体系； 3、熟悉 MySQL、Redis 等常用数据库，了解 Kafka / RabbitMQ 等消息中间件； 4、具备独立主导复杂系统重构的经验，能在业务压力下有序推进技术改造； 5、沟通能力强，能与非技术背景的业务方高效对齐需求。 加分项 --有供应链、物流、售后、履约或渠道系统开发经验； --熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes 容器化部署； --有从零到一搭建系统或主导技术选型的经验。
