Bambu Lab 的生产制造与供应链系统是公司核心业务的数字化底座，业务复杂度高、演进速度快。我们需要一位既能亲自上手、又能带领团队的资深工程师，主导这一方向的系统建设与技术升级。

岗位职责 1、主导 MES（制造执行系统）的需求开发与持续迭代，深度参与生产业务的数字化建设； 2、接手并重构供应链存量系统，梳理历史包袱，在保障业务连续性的前提下推动技术升级； 3、从零主导 MRO（非生产物料供应链）系统的设计与落地； 4、作为技术Leader，负责团队的技术方向把控、代码质量和工程规范建设； 5、与生产、采购、供应链等业务方深度协作，将复杂业务流程转化为可落地的技术方案。

必要条件 1、7 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，有互联网大厂或高速成长型公司背景； 2、熟练掌握 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务体系； 3、熟悉 MySQL、Redis 等常用数据库，了解 Kafka / RabbitMQ 等消息中间件； 4、具备复杂业务系统的架构设计能力，有大型系统重构或从零建设经验； 5、沟通能力强，能与非技术背景的业务方高效对齐需求。 加分项 --有 MES、供应链、MRO 或制造业相关系统开发经验； --有带领后端团队经验（技术 TL 或类似角色）； --熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes 容器化部署。
