岗位职责 1、主导研发基础设施平台建设，包括 SSO（统一认证）、RBAC（权限管理）、运维平台等核心系统的从零设计与落地； 2、推动存量系统的合规改造，识别并修复安全漏洞，系统性消化历史技术债； 3、参与各业务系统的基建接入与改造，作为横向技术支撑团队与各研发团队协作； 4、持续优化基础平台的稳定性、可扩展性与安全性； 5、输出技术方案文档与规范，推动团队研发效率提升。

必要条件 1、扎实的 Java 基础，具备分布式系统设计与开发能力； 2、有研发基础设施或内部平台（SSO、权限系统、运维平台等）的完整设计与落地经验； 3、具备安全合规意识，有漏洞修复或安全改造经验； 4、能在多任务并行的环境下清晰判断优先级，独立推进项目落地； 5、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。 加分项 --有运维平台或 DevOps 工具链从 0 到 1 建设经验； --在高速成长期公司有跨团队基建推进经验。
