岗位职责： 1、对客服团队的服务全流程进行质量检验，包括电话/在线/邮件等渠道的客户咨询、投诉处理，及时发现并上报服务质量问题； 2、严格依据公司客服服务标准和规范，判定客服服务是否达标，确保为客户提供优质、专业的服务； 3、记录质检数据，分析客服服务质量波动情况，如响应速度、问题解决率等，为优化客服培训内容、提升服务水平提供数据支持； 4、与客服团队、培训部门等沟通协作，推动服务质量问题整改及培训落实，助力打造卓越客服团队。

1、大专及以上学历，3D打印/智能硬件行业经验或机电类专业背景优先，熟悉3D打印机产品者更佳； 2、1-3年客服质检或相关工作经验，熟悉客服服务流程，能熟练使用质检工具； 3、工作细致认真，具备较强的观察力，能敏锐捕捉客服服务中的细节问题； 4、有独立分析和解决问题的能力，可针对质检问题提出有效改进建议； 5、沟通协调能力良好，能与不同部门高效合作，推动客服服务质量提升。
