1、围绕售后服务数据，完成指标体系的建设、看板搭建和日常管理，包括不限于：用户咨询、用户声音、备件运营、产品故障、维修策略等 2、追踪关键指标达成，设计数据运营方案，维护并迭代相关指标的分析和报警机制 3、识别异常和根因，产出有价值的分析洞察，推动跨部门改进闭环，协调内外部相关方持续提升用户体验 4、协同数据中台，推动数据工具在业务中的落地，包括指标目录、看板目录、AI问数等

必要条件 1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先； 2、2年以上数据岗位工作经验，具备指标体系设计能力； 3、熟练使用 SQL，能独立完成复杂查询、多表关联与数据加工； 4、熟悉至少一种数据可视化工具，能独立搭建和维护业务看板； 5、严谨细致，能够独立完成指标统计边界的梳理和定义。

加分项 1、有智能硬件、备件业务、产品故障分析的相关经验 2、能将数据结论有效转化为跨团队可执行的改进方案
