1.建设视觉算法模块的测试与验证体系，覆盖功能、性能、稳定性及边界场景，保障算法交付质量； 2.围绕缺陷检测、位置校准等方向，设计专项验证方案，建立可复用、可量化的评估标准； 3.编写测试脚本、工具与自动化流程，持续提升算法验证效率和测试覆盖； 4.对测试发现的问题进行定位、复现与溯源分析，推动算法及工程侧完成闭环； 5.识别算法交付过程中的质量与进度风险，推动测试流程、质量标准和验证资产持续完善。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、软件工程或相关专业； 2.3年以上视觉算法测试或算法模块验证相关经验； 3.熟练使用 Linux，具备扎实的 Python 编程能力，能够独立开发测试脚本和工具； 4.理解视觉检测、定位/校准等常见算法的基本原理，能够分析模型输出与异常结果； 5.能独立规划测试方案、推进问题闭环，适应快速迭代的产品研发节奏。 加分项 有视觉算法质量体系建设、模块测试负责人经验 参与过 CI/CD、MLOps 等算法工程化或质量平台相关系统开发 熟悉 Shell 或 C++，或善于使用 AI 工具提升测试和工程效率
