1. 作为拓竹国内社媒内容的核心策划者，你将负责把硬核的科技产品转化为大众能理解、喜欢看的内容。我们希望你对内容有敏锐的判断力，清楚什么样的内容能打动人，并从策划到落地全程参与、带动项目推进。 2. 作为拓竹社交营销的核心策划者，你将深度洞察社交生态与用户行为，用创意内容连接品牌与用户，让每一次互动都成为品牌价值的传递。通过社交场域内容营销策略，提升品牌在国内市场、特定扩圈人群圈层内的认知度、美誉度与好感度，最终服务用户增长与生意增长。

岗位职责： 1. 策划并主导品牌级/产品级的高势能传播项目，打造具有破圈效应的社媒爆款。敏锐捕捉平台热点与用户情绪，将硬核的 3D 打印科技转化为大众喜闻乐见、具有强种草属性的优质内容。 2. 作为传播项目的核心 Owner，拉通内外部资源，带领项目团队高效落地创意方案。深度洞察社媒平台趋势与用户偏好，制定并拆解内容策略，涵盖主题规划、内容形式、发布节奏等。 3. 通过专业数据分析工具，监测传播效果，包括曝光量、互动率、转化率等，定期输出报告并优化策略。深度分析竞品内容策略，为拓竹品牌传播提供数据支持与创新方向。

1. 具备 5 年以上社媒内容营销、品牌传播策划相关经验，拥有游戏、社媒平台、消费电子、潮流科技、快消、创作者工具或生活方式品牌背景者优先。 2. 具备优秀的内容嗅觉和内容判断力，理解什么样的内容“值得做”，以及及具备持续放大价值的可能性。 3. 具备极强的项目管理和跨部门协调能力，思路清晰，多任务处理能力出色。 4. 具备较强的自驱力与抗压能力，能适应长周期、高不确定性的项目环境。

加分项： 1. 熟悉 3D 打印行业，或本身就是科技数码、创客（Maker）、特定圈层的重度玩家。
