1.负责产品系统（整机软件、行为逻辑、控制算法等）的功能，性能，压力测试； 2.对产品需求进行分析、评审，提前规避风险。根据产品规格和质量要求，制定系统性的测试方案和测试计划。优化测试流程，进行固件版本质量控制； 3.设计测试用例和脚本，组织模块测试、集成测试和系统测试； 4.对测试中的问题进行有效提报，具备较强的溯源分析能力，主导推动各类技术问题的解决； 5.及时同步项目测试进度，识别进度、流程、质量风险，并提出合理建议； 6.整理汇总测试报告，保障项目交付，配合完成其他测试工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，有较强学习能力； 2. 熟悉计算机基础知识，有一定的代码能力，了解Linux、数据库基础操作； 3. 具备较强测试统筹、规划和测试策略指定能力、产品整体质量把控意识和风险意识； 4. 精通产品测试流程和用例设计方法。熟悉产品功能测试、性能测试等方法； 5.了解智能硬件产品研发过程，有良好严谨的问题分析能力，对问题具备足够的敏感度并主动思考提出解决方案； 6. 有清晰的逻辑分析和沟通协作能力，可以承受一定的压力；有强烈的主动性、责任心和执行力； 7. 有产品测试经验、团队管理经验者或测试项目管理（测试代表）经验优先。
