1. 牵头搭建公司全零售渠道视觉形象体系，制定零售各类物料设计标准、尺寸及使用准则，统筹编撰并持续更新品牌零售视觉规范手册。 2. 依照品牌规范，完成门店陈列、线上海报、展会展位、设备机身贴等全渠道视觉物料设计，贴合产品卖点与落地实操需求。 3. 主导零售线下户外创意广告等视觉项目，贴合品牌风格完成图文创意策划与落地设计，运用 AI 工具提升创意效率，强化视觉传播效果。 4. 对接供应链与合作方，把控物料生产落地，审核与整改，结合实际使用反馈迭代优化设计。 5. 联动各部门制定新品、节日活动多渠道视觉营销方案，兼顾品牌统一性与场景适配性，提升整体营销成效。 6. 搭建并维护品牌视觉素材库，统一归档设计源文件与规范资料，保障团队素材高效合规使用。

1. 视觉设计相关本科及以上学历，5年以上零售行业视觉 / 陈列设计经验，有品牌视觉体系搭建、户外创意广告设计经验。 2. 熟练使用设计相关软件，可独立完成全品类物料设计，具备视觉标准化统筹能力。 3. 精通印刷工艺与各类物料材质，严控设计细节，工作严谨负责。 4. 具备优秀创意能力，擅长借助 AI 完成图文创意融合，拥有成熟的创意设计审美与实操能力。 5. 深谙零售行业逻辑，懂视觉设计赋能销售转化，紧跟终端视觉设计潮流。 6. 抗压能力强，可适配多任务工作节奏，具备极强的项目责任心与主人翁意识。 7. 简历投递需附带作品集，包含线下落地物料、创意广告相关实拍及设计作品。
