1、负责设备导入的设备方案设计、评审、优化，实施DFM与安全评估，确保设备功能/性能达标； 2、开展新技术预研以及关键技术攻关，推动技术创新与应用； 3、输出设备技术规格书，以及跨部门协作对接相关模块，完成设备的验证及验收； 4、设备导入统筹与供应商管理，根据项目计划目标，协同现场安装与设备调试，高效完成设备导入交付； 5、设备安全、人机工程合规审核，落实设备操作维护与培训。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业背景； 2、5年以上非标自动化相关工作经验，主导过至少3个量产导入项目； 3、熟悉3C装配与制造工艺（锁螺丝、贴合对位、点胶与UV固化、热压/热熔、压装、FPC/连接器装配等）及材料特性（玻璃/金属/塑胶）； 4、具备设备成本与收益核算能力，能规范输出设备技术规格书、图纸与BOM、设备维保与培训资料； 5、具有良好的团队合作意识，能主动沟通，工作积极、上进、有责任心、能服从上级工作安排及配合项目。
