1.本科以上学历，电子专业，5年以上PCB或电源等相关硬件电子设计分析经验； 2.熟悉PCB生产测试工艺，了解PCBA常见异常和风险； 3.熟悉PCB或电源的工艺流程、质量管理及开发流程，深入理解从研发到量产各阶段的关键任务； 4.具备较强的责任心与自我驱动力，良好的团队协作能力。
