1. 本科及以上学历，法律、公共关系、客户服务或相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉GDPR、消费者隐私保护、跨境消费权益等相关法律法规； 3. 具备良好的客户沟通能力与谈判技巧，能够快速识别客户核心诉求； 4. 拥有舆情监测及危机处理经验，能应对海外复杂投诉场景； 5. 能熟练使用办公软件及数据工具进行投诉数据分析与报告撰写； 6. 具备较强的问题分析与流程优化能力，能够基于投诉趋势提出可行性改进方案； 7. 英文流利，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力，能胜任全球客户沟通场景； 8. 有多语言能力或海外客户服务/投诉处理经验者优先。
