1. 负责主要海外市场的VAT/GST注册、申报及合规管理，跟踪各国税法变化并推动应对措施落地。 2. 负责海外子公司企业所得税及跨境支付预提税合规，协调本地税务顾问，支持税收协定适用分析。 3. 参与转让定价文档编制，梳理关联交易场景，配合转让定价审计应对工作。 4. 联动供应链与核算团队优化出口退税申报流程，跟踪政策变化，识别并推动退税风险整改。 5. 参与新市场、新业务的涉税评估，识别税务优化机会，协助维护与主管税务机关的日常沟通关系。

1. 会计、财务或税务相关专业本科及以上，持有CPA或注册税务师优先。 2. 5年以上税务经验，其中3年以上专注国际税/跨境税务领域。 3. 熟悉欧美主要市场VAT/GST合规，了解转让定价基本原则；英文可作为工作语言。 4. 具备较强的数据分析与文档输出能力，能独立完成税务测算和分析报告。 5. 有消费电子、硬件制造或跨境电商企业背景，或四大/国际税务咨询机构从业经历者优先。
