1. 项目发掘与评估：在全球投稿中筛选、评估创客项目，理解项目的核心创意、独特性与故事潜力，判断适配度，建立并维护项目储备池。 2. 创作者合作与商务沟通：作为拓竹对接创作者、素人及组织的窗口，推进合作洽谈与落地，协调现金、设备、耗材、技术、供应链等资源支持，全程跟进合作交付。 3. 内容策划与制作：与创作者共同规划内容故事线、脚本方向与呈现形式，聚焦"人物与过程"的真实叙事，产出图文、短视频、长视频等多形态内容，并把控质量与品牌调性。 4. 传播策划与执行（线上 + 线下）：围绕项目与 Let's Make It Fund 策划营销 campaign，统筹从立项到上线的全流程执行；产出与活动形式覆盖线上（社媒内容、话题、直播等）与线下（展会、快闪、workshop、创客社区活动等），吸引更多创作者了解并投稿，持续扩大项目的参与度与影响力 5. 跨团队与项目管理：与内部供应链、技术、社区、设计等团队协作，管理项目时间线、预算与交付，推动项目从立项到落地。 6. 复盘与优化：跟踪内容与活动表现、合作反馈，沉淀方法论与案例，持续优化项目与内容策略，助力提升拓竹品牌声量与好感度。
