1.对增长结果负责：制定并落地商城增长策略，对 GMV、流量转化、复购率、客单价等核心指标负责； 2.结合场景设计营销：深度利用 Handy 的用户场景数据（耗材使用、模型收藏、设备状态等），设计带营销叙事的推荐与转化方案，而非基础电商或单纯低价促销； 3.打通转化链路：梳理并打通 MakerWorld、Handy 等触点到商城的转化路径，定位流失节点并持续提效； 4.驱动复购与生态变现：围绕「主机用户 → 耗材/配件复购 → 换新机/独家货盘」设计核心路径与权益体系，提升用户全生命周期价值； 5.统筹流量与活动策划：灵活调用 App 流量资源策划老带新裂变等增长活动，并联动公众号、KOL 等外部渠道承接转化新用户； 6.输出策略产品方案：将增长策略转化为清晰的产品需求，推动产品团队落地，并通过数据分析与 A/B 实验验证假设、快速迭代。

1.统招本科及以上学历，5 年以上电商/增长相关经验，主导过商城或交易链路的增长，并有可量化的增长成果； 2.运营策略能力突出且具备产品思维，能独立产出清晰的增长策略方案与产品需求； 3.深刻理解电商转化漏斗，熟悉裂变、营销、会员权益、货盘与价格等增长杠杆，并善于结合产品场景设计增长（理解"合适的推荐"优于"单纯低价"）； 4.熟练使用数据分析工具，能独立完成漏斗、归因分析与实验设计，以结果为导向； 5.具备独立操盘能力，能在缺乏成熟方法论与现成数据的从 0 到 1 业务中自主拆解问题、定义策略并完成增长闭环； 6.加分项：有内容社区/UGC 平台转化经验，或 3D 打印、消费电子等软硬件生态背景，或商城从 0 到 1 搭建经验。
