1. 建店项目全周期管理，制定并严格执行涵盖设计、招标、施工、验收、软装、试运营、竣工的详尽主项目计划，对开业日期和验收质量负责； 2. 管理外部合作方（设计公司、施工单位、监理、供应商）的履约过程，确保其工作符合品牌标准与进度要求； 3. 深度参与门店空间设计评审，从施工可行性、成本、后期运营和维护角度提供专业意见，确保设计创意与工程落地的平衡； 4. 负责施工现场管理，包括但不限于：施工图纸交底、材料验收、工艺标准把控、现场巡检、关键节点（水电、消防、空调、形象墙）验收； 5. 作为品牌方驻场代表，第一时间发现并解决现场技术、进度与质量问题； 6. 协同零售运营团队，确保门店动线、陈列、体验区设置符合运营需求；协同IT与供应链部门，确保网络、显示屏等电子设备的进店部署； 7. 在项目过程中，持续优化并输出《拓竹旗舰店建店标准手册》

1. 3-5年零售门店建店、或房地产项目建设、或大型商业空间的工程项目管理和落地经验。熟练使用项目管理工具和CAD等图纸软件； 2. 精通装修施工工艺、水电消防规范、材料特性，能看懂施工图、水电图、节点大样图，能现场发现工艺问题； 3. 具备良好的审美和空间感，理解品牌VI/SI在空间中的应用，能与设计方高效沟通； 4. 结果导向，有自驱力，有良好的现场统筹、调度和突发问题解决能力，能驻场工作； 5. 工程、室内设计、建筑或相关专业的本科以上学历； 6. 有科技数码、汽车或高端消费品牌建店经验，对“体验式零售”有深刻理解者加分； 7. 熟悉中国主要一、二线城市的商业物业条件、报建流程和消防规范者加分。
