1. 负责公司内部网络架构的规划、设计与优化，管理与维护公司园区网络，数据中心相关网络设备，确保网络的稳定性、可靠性与高效性。 2. 负责网络故障排查、对网络故障进行快速定位、应急处置及根因分析，制定并优化网络故障应急预案及业务连续性方案。 3. 设计并实施分支互联访问、数据隔离、安全域划分等网络安全策略，配合信息安全团队完成防火墙策略、入侵检测（IDS/IPS）、Web 应用防护（WAF）等安全设备的集成与管理 4. 编写和维护网络相关的文档、报告及技术方案，提供网络优化建议。参与网络设备的采购评估工作，选择合适的硬件和软件支持公司网络需求。 5. 负责公司各办公园区及生产车间的企业级 WLAN 规划与部署，持续监测无线网络性能（信道利用率、干扰源、链路速率），基于数据调整频道规划、功率和密度，优化 AP 布点、信道与功率，保障覆盖和漫游性能。 6. 参与混合云架构的设计与实施，确保本地数据中心与云平台之间的高效互联与数据同步。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、网络等相关专业，具有扎实的网络基础知识。 2. 5年以上大型企业网络管理和优化经验，至少2年在智能硬件或高科技行业的相关经验。 3. 精通主流路由器、交换机、防火墙等网络设备的配置与管理，具备较强的故障排查和解决问题能力。 4. 熟悉熟悉TCP/IP相关协议栈以及各类路由协议：BGP、OSPF、MPLS、VLAN、VXLAN、VPN、SD-WAN等；能够独立规划和部署企业级园区及数据中心网络架构。 5. 熟悉 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax 标准，具备企业级 WiFi 设计与部署经验，能独立进行无线覆盖预测、AP 布点、信道与功率优化，保障高密度场景下的吞吐与稳定性。 6. 熟悉混合云网络架构下的VPC、VPN、Direct Connect等技术，能够有效实现本地与云端资源的高效协同，设计和实施公有云与私有云之间的网络互联、流量优化与安全保障。 7. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与研发、产品及其他团队紧密合作，推动项目顺利完成。英语良好，能够阅读技术文档，具备基本的英语沟通能力。

加分项： 1. 有SDN（软件定义网络）相关经验者优先。 2. 熟悉智能硬件产品和物联网相关技术者优先。 3. 有大规模数据中心或云平台网络架构经验者优先。 4. 具备跨地域、跨平台的混合云网络设计与优化经验者优先。 5. 熟练掌握Python等编程语言进行自动化工具编写，有网络运维自动化项目落地经验者优先。
