岗位职责 - 负责视觉算法在 SoC 和 MCU 平台上的集成、部署与性能调优，推动算法从研究原型到产品落地； - 梳理和重构现有算法实现，完善单元测试体系，提升代码质量与可维护性； - 评估算法在嵌入式平台上的资源占用与推理效率，针对瓶颈进行系统性优化； - 参与跨团队协作，推动视觉功能的需求落地、问题定位与版本迭代； - 参与产品研发及售后阶段的功能与可靠性问题排查。

必要条件 - 计算机、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历； - 扎实的 C/C++ 编程能力，熟悉 Linux 嵌入式开发环境及调试工具链； - 具备 SoC 平台或 MCU 平台嵌入式开发经验； - 有良好的软件工程意识，重视代码质量、测试覆盖与文档规范； - 具备一定的跨团队沟通与协调能力，能推动多方资源达成目标。 加分项 - 熟悉 MNN、NCNN、RKNN 等推理引擎，有模型量化、加速部署经验； - 熟练使用 OpenCV 进行图像处理； - 同时具备 SoC 和 MCU 双平台开发经验。
