The posting

1.负责喷头驱动波形的设计与优化,包括预喷、主喷、阻尼脉冲的段数、幅值、脉宽与斜率设计,以及多灰度墨滴的脉冲串组合; 2.负责喷射性能的表征与优化,使用drop watcher测量墨滴速度、体积、方向性、尾丝与卫星滴,确定最高稳定喷射频率与待机后首滴稳定性;用称重法交叉校验墨滴体积; 3.负责喷头、墨水、波形的工艺窗口标定,建立墨水温度、墨路负压与喷射性能的关系曲线,输出温度补偿曲线与通道级电压修正策略; 4.负责打印质量的工艺调优,包括分pass策略、双向打印对齐、条纹抑制、墨滴尺寸映射,将喷射性能转化为最终画质; 5.配合墨水团队完成新墨水、新喷头的上机验证,输出评估报告与工艺建议; 6.建立喷射质量的测试方法、验收判据与数据库,制定量产阶段的喷头标定流程与一致性管控方案;

1.本科及以上学历,机械、电子、光学、材料、物理等相关专业; 2.3年以上工业喷墨工艺调试经验,独立完成过至少一款喷头与墨水组合的波形优化并落地; 3.熟练使用dropwatcher (JetXpert或同类)、示波器配高压差分探头,以及原厂或Meteor/GIS的波形编辑工具: 4.理解墨水物性(粘度、表面张力、粒径、密度)对喷射的影响机理,能独立判断喷射异常源自波形、墨路还是墨水;
