1. 深入理解智能IoT产品需求，协同其他开发组一起，分析设计和实现多媒体相关功能； 2. 设计和实现多媒体业务功能，包含媒体框架，延迟摄影，流媒体，录像，播放器等业务功能； 3. 解决系统疑难问题，包括但不限于：低延时优化，稳定性，性能优化等等； 4. 优化媒体业务和框架，提升开发效率和质量，挖掘媒体方面创新功能，提升产品竞争力。

1. 计算机或相关专业研究生及以上学历，3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验； 2. 熟悉主流的linux媒体框架（Openmax/gstreamer/MediaCodec等等），并有一定的开发经验； 3. 熟悉JPEG/H264/H265等编解码标准和codec软件，熟悉MP4/MKV/MOV等容器格式； 4. 熟悉Webrtc，RTP，RTSP等流媒体传输协议； 5. 熟悉C/C++，熟悉数据结构，基本算法和多线程开发； 6. 掌握Linux系统的程序开发和调试工具使用； 7. 有产品实际播放器，视频直播，UVC投屏等实际开发经验者优先； 8. 具有良好的编程能力和问题解决能力，学习能力强； 9. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，愿意接受新的挑战。
