岗位职责 1.主导3D打印机整机装配工艺方案制定与落地，覆盖从试产导入到量产稳定的全周期； 2.开展可制造性/可维修性评审（DFM/DFR），在设计阶段前置识别并规避装配风险； 3.制定并优化关键工艺参数（DOE），涵盖治具设备、扭力、胶水选型用量等，保障装配一致性与防错性； 4.负责不良分析与闭环管理，推动试产及量产问题快速收敛，达成良率与成本目标； 5.参与团队技术方向规划，持续输出工艺改进方案，提升装配能力的长期竞争力。

1.本科及以上学历，机械或相关工科专业； 2.3年以上消费电子整机产品装配工艺制定与落地经验； 3.熟悉机械结构常见加工工艺（CNC、注塑、钣金等）及常用测量工具； 4.扎实的公差配合与尺寸链计算能力，能独立处理装配疑难问题。
