渠道开拓与管理 1.负责巴西市场 3D 打印机及相关生态产品的渠道开拓，制定并执行区域销售策略，维护市场秩序，规范价格体系、授权管理及渠道生态建设，完成销售目标； 2.筛选并引入符合公司战略的优质代理商、分销商及零售合作伙伴，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 3.定期对渠道伙伴进行业务培训、产品赋能及业绩评估，提升渠道整体销售能力与品牌忠诚度，持续提升渠道覆盖率及市场渗透率。 市场分析与策略制定 4.深入调研巴西 3D 打印及消费电子/硬件市场，收集行业动态、竞品信息及用户反馈； 5.结合市场数据，与总部团队紧密协作，制定有针对性的产品定价、促销活动及市场推广方案； 6.洞察巴西本土市场的特殊需求（如物流、关税、合规等），为公司优化本地化运营提供建设性意见。 跨部门协同与业务闭环 7.协调内部产研、供应链、市场营销及售后团队，确保从订单履行到终端用户体验的高效闭环； 8.跟踪并解决渠道合作中的突发问题，维护品牌在当地的良好声誉。

1.统招本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2.具备 5 年以上海外渠道销售经验，熟悉海外代理商/分销商体系的搭建与管理； 3.葡萄牙语可作为工作语言（听说读写精通），英语口语流利，能无障碍进行跨国商务谈判与内部沟通； 4.具备极强的自驱力与目标导向，能在快节奏、高增长的业务环境中独立开展工作； 5.能够适应较高频次的海外出差（每年累计出差巴西 2-3 个月）。 加分项 1.具备 3D 打印、消费电子、智能硬件或相关科技领域的拉美/巴西市场操盘经验； 2.有从 0 到 1 成功开拓海外区域市场，或带领区域业务实现翻倍增长的实战案例； 3.曾在知名出海品牌或跨国企业担任过类似区域销售负责人角色。
