岗位职责 1.产品定位与卖点提炼： 深入调研用户需求，参与产品从概念到上市的全流程，与产品和研发团队紧密协作，提炼核心卖点，将复杂的技术逻辑转化为直击用户痛点的生动语言。 2.整合营销策划与落地： 作为产品上市项目的核心中枢，制定市场的整合营销传播方案（含传播节奏、渠道策略、核心信息等），统筹公关、社媒、KOL 等传播模块，推动项目落地。 3.营销素材策划： 与设计、内容团队协作，策划并把控官网内容、宣传片、产品白皮书等核心营销素材，确保各渠道的内容准确体现产品策略。 4.市场洞察与竞品分析： 持续跟踪国内竞品动态和用户反馈，输出市场洞察，为产品团队提供数据支持，推动产品功能的优化和迭代。

1.懂产品，有技术底子： 对 3D 打印技术有热情，对拓竹产品生态（主机、耗材、软件）有深入的理解，能与研发、PM 在同一频道对话。 2.懂用户，有共情力： 具备清晰的用户视角，能准确区分"技术自嗨"和"用户真痛点"，擅长将复杂概念转化为清晰、有吸引力的用户语言。 3.懂协同，有项目管理能力： 思路清晰，具备出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能有效拉动研发、设计、销售等团队朝共同目标推进。
