岗位职责： 1.负责海外电商服务工单/IM的抽检，包含但不限于依据质检考核标准开展工单/IM会话的抽检与评分、不满意数据分析与复盘、投诉案例的回溯与定责等。针对高频服务场景，开展专项质检，优化服务效率，提升服务质量，保障客户满意度。 2.负责海外电商服务问题的根因分析与优化，通过质量抽检数据，定位系统、流程或人为操作层面的核心原因；推动问题的整改落地，跟踪整改效果，形成"问题收集-分析-整改-验证"闭环管理，降低同类问题复发率。 3.负责质量宣导与培训赋能，针对质检中发现的共性问题设计专项培训课程，开展内训或一对一辅导，降低人为操作失误导致的质量问题；协助完善客服知识库，补充技术问题处理指引等内容，提升客服自主解决技术问题能力。与业务之间紧密协作，及时反馈问题，帮助业务改善，同时要倾听业务的诉求，提供解决方案。 4.负责跨部门对接协同，将质检、差评分析中发现的用户声音进行传递，对于一些无法解决的疑难问题及时与相关部门沟通解决方案。

1.具备良好的英语沟通能力，一年以上电商服务领域客服经验，担任过质检/培训/带教等职责； 2.具备一定的学习能力，能持续学习提升自身专业能力；掌屋PPT或文档撰写技巧,能输出规范的质检报告与培训材料。 3.具备独立解决问题能力，面对客服服务质量短板，能快速拆解问题、制定方案，快速推动落地改善; 4.细心严谨，对数据、流程细节敏感；具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能清晰传递质检需求与整改要求，推动问题解决; 5.能理解客服一线工作场景，能从"服务客户、赋能客服"角度开展质检工作，平衡质量标准与服务效率。
