1. 本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业； 2. 熟悉某一类别电子器件技术及应用等相关基础知识（存储IC/射频IC/传感器IC/处理器IC/电源IC/接口IC/分立器件等）； 3. 有5年以上特定器件类别的行业工作经验（硬件工程师/器件工程师/AE等岗位）优先； 4. 具有高度的责任感和团队意识，执行力强，善于沟通思考，有供应商管理经验。
