Bambu Lab 是全球增长最快的桌面3D打印公司，产品覆盖北美、欧洲、亚太等主要市场。我们的团队正在寻找一位电子件寻源工程师，支撑高速迭代的新产品开发与量产降本。 岗位职责： - 负责消费电子定制件（线材、连接器、PCB、摄像头、屏幕等）及板上标准器件的供应商寻源与导入，覆盖从供应商开发、样品承认到量产交付的全流程； - 配合研发在新产品开发阶段完成物料选型建议，推动供应商早期介入，缩短导入周期； - 主导量产物料的成本结构分析与BOM降本，通过议价、替代料开发、集中采购等方式持续优化成本； - 持续跟踪电子元器件市场行情与供应链动态，对关键物料的价格走势、供需变化保持敏锐判断，为采购策略提供数据支撑； - 以全局视角协同研发、品质、计划等团队，主动介入并推动交期、品质等供应链问题的闭环解决，而非仅在职责边界内被动响应。

必要条件 - 理工科本科及以上学历； - 3年以上消费电子或智能硬件行业电子件采购/寻源经验，熟悉电子定制件如PCB、连接器、摄像头模组、屏幕、AC电源，或电子标准件如处理器IC、传感器IC、模拟类IC、功率器件、被动件等中至少一个品类； - 具备完整的供应商开发经验，从寻源、审厂到量产导入均有实际主导经历； - 有成本结构拆解与BOM降本实操经验，能独立分析物料成本构成； - 具备出色的口头表达能力和数据化书面表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，扎实的商务谈判能力，结果导向。 加分项 - 有替代料、多供开发导入经验； - 熟悉摄像头模组或显示屏供应链生态。
