1、深入理解售后业务现状与痛点，制定售后产品中长期规划，对齐业务目标； 2、主导过线上服务（呼叫中心）或线下售后服务网络（含服务商维修体系）的系统建设，包括服务商管理，网点管理，维修工单、结算管理等； 3、负责C端用户售后体验的产品设计，覆盖报修入口、进度查询、退换货、满意度等全流程； 4、作为核心协同节点，联动客服、供应链、IT研发及其他产品团队，确保需求高质量落地； 5、持续追踪数据与用户反馈，识别系统瓶颈，驱动产品优化与业务提效。

1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、具备3年以上产品经理工作经验，有售后、客服或工单系统相关产品经验；具备较强的产品规划能力，能从业务目标出发制定清晰的产品路线图； 3、需求分析逻辑清晰，能高效将业务问题转化为可执行的产品方案；跨部门协同能力突出，有在多团队、多利益方环境中推动复杂项目落地的经验； 4、能够熟练应用AI工具进行产品文档的高效高质量输出，有较好的英文读写能力。

加分项： 1、有3C硬件或消费电子行业背景； 2、熟悉ERP系统或有相关产品设计经验； 3、做过线下服务相关的系统建设，有代理商/渠道服务体系相关产品经验。
