The posting

拓竹的3D打印机内部结构复杂，运动部件多，对线缆的可靠性和耐久性要求极高。我们正在寻找一位能直接上手的线束工程师，负责从内部线束到外部连接线缆的全链路设计与量产落地，和硬件、结构、供应链团队紧密协作，确保产品从图纸到产线都能跑通。

岗位职责 1.负责智能硬件产品线束与外部连接线缆的设计选型，覆盖从需求定义到连接器选型的完整流程； 2.独立完成线束2D图纸绘制及线表编制，输出可直接对接生产的设计文件； 3.主导线缆可靠性测试与验证，推动设计问题的闭环优化； 4.支持量产导入，提供现场技术指导，持续推动工艺优化与良率提升； 5.参与线束相关企业标准和设计规范的制定与迭代。

必要条件 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上消费电子或智能硬件行业线束工程经验； 2.能独立完成线束2D图纸绘制，具备连接器选型实操能力； 3.熟悉线缆可靠性测试方法，掌握UL758、UL1581、IEC60227等安规标准； 4.熟悉USB 2.0、USB 3.0、HDMI等消费级接口线材的开发与设计规范。

加分项 有动态/高摇摆场景线缆（如拖链线、柔性线束）的设计和量产经验。
