1. 面向新型打印及成像设备，负责图像处理相关技术的预研和系统设计，完成技术路线分析、方案输出及关键技术验证； 2. 设计并实现图像处理、图像增强、标定与补偿等算法，推动算法从原型验证进入产品（UV打印等等方向）应用； 3. 负责算法工程化和系统集成，解决高分辨率图像处理中的性能、资源占用、稳定性及设备适配问题； 4. 建立可量化的实验与评估方法，协同硬件、工艺、测试和产品团队完成设备联调及产品化； 5. 作为关键模块负责人，参与产品需求分析、技术评审和问题闭环，沉淀可复用的图像算法与系统能力。

1. 研究生及以上学历优先，计算机、图像处理、自动化等相关专业；具备突出产品经验者可适当放宽； 2. 具备 5 年以上图像算法或相关研发经验，独立负责过成像设备中的关键算法或系统模块； 3. 具有成像设备相关的图像算法产品化经验，能够完成从问题建模、算法设计到设备验证的闭环； 4. 熟练掌握 C/C++、Linux、多线程及性能优化，能够亲自完成关键原型和核心模块开发； 5. 具备系统设计、实验验证和跨团队协作能力，能够推动技术方案从预研进入产品验证。
