1. 对接拉美当地业务，负责区域内财务核算与分析，重点聚焦拉美销售平台、本地业务的收入核算，完成数据处理、核对及凭证入账，确保收入与总账核算精准合规。 2. 负责拉美区域子公司财务工作对接，严格遵循当地会计准则及财税要求，编制子公司财务三表及相关管理报表，确保报表真实、准确、及时。 3. 核对拉美区域及子公司各项往来款项，及时清理异常往来，确保审计顺利推进。 4. 参与内部财务信息系统的落地与优化项目，从拉美财务核算及收入管理角度明确功能需求跟进系统测试与上线，提升区域财务工作效率。 5. 梳理拉美区域总账、收入核算相关流程，提出优化完善建议，保障流程适配当地业务及财税要求。

1. 本科及以上学历，财会、审计、财务管理等相关专业优先，具备扎实的财务专业基础。 2. 5年以上财务核算与分析经验，具备制造业或电商行业经验，有拉美区域财务工作经验（熟悉当地会计准则、财税政策）、总账收入核算相关经验者优先。 3. 熟练的中英文阅读与基本交流能力，英语水平过关。 4. 具备较强的团队合作能力，沟通协调能力强，能高效对接拉美当地业务、子公司及国内团队。 5. 诚信廉洁，勤奋敬业，熟悉拉美财税合规要求，具备良好的职业素养。
