1.深入研究亲子教育人群的用户场景与用户需求，根据公司长线战略目标，制定该人群的长线拓圈方案，为该人群的拓圈效果（声量及用户增长）负责。主导圈层相关的线上线下整合营销策划（包括品牌合作、社媒活动、人群campaign等）。 2.与市场内部KOL、社媒等职能PIC合作，主导该人群在社媒、KOL侧的日常执行与排期，负责日常业务与项目的策略及排期，主导KOL扩圈策略及复盘。 3.将自身能力和经验融合到拓竹团队中，并根据业务进展不断形成适应拓竹拓圈战略阶段的方法论，带领团队共同成长并拿结果。

1.5年及以上国内市场营销、整合传播、人群增长相关经验。 2.具备优秀的内容策划能力、商务谈判能力、人群洞察能力、资源整合能力。具备实际成功项目案例，能够从社媒趋势、内容、数据中发现规律，并据此调整扩圈策略，形成灵活的方法论，沉淀品牌人群资产。 3.能够独立判断业务的机会与风险，独立决策复杂项目并做好项目进程及风险管理。 具备较强的协作能力，能够通过自身能力和工作风格融入团队、赢得团队信任，高效协同各个业务板块，合理产出结果。 4.对亲子教育人群扩圈有极强的兴趣，对传播内容有天然的敏感度。熟悉教育硬件产品及前沿科技产品，自身即是人群受众更佳。
