1. 主导欧洲尾程渠道的引入与谈判，重点覆盖本地卡车公司、区域快递商及各国邮政网络（如 DHL、DPD、GLS、UPS 等），建立可持续的供应商资源库； 2. 基于3D打印机（大尺寸/高货值/精密仪器）的货物特性，制定并持续优化路由配置策略，以降低物流成本、提升妥投率为核心目标； 3. 与渠道商及本地卡车公司保持紧密协作，提前规划运力需求，确保旺季期间配送能力稳定可靠； 4. 建立供应商绩效考核体系，定期追踪时效、丢件率、破损率等核心KPI，推动理赔流程标准化，提升索赔成功率； 5. 建立欧洲末端异常预警与快速响应机制，处理尾程派送纠纷、退件重派、拒收等复杂问题。

1. 3年以上跨境电商或物流行业经验，其中至少2年专注欧洲市场尾程物流管理； 2. 有主导欧洲大件渠道开发并达成降本目标的实际案例（面试须提供具体数据）； 3. 深度熟悉欧洲主流快递商（DHL、DPD、GLS、UPS、FedEx 及各国本土邮政）的计费模式、时效结构与谈判逻辑； 4. 有旺季运力协调经验，能提前预判需求波动并与供应商达成运力保障协议； 5. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立用数据驱动渠道策略调整； 6. 英语可作为工作语言（听说读写流利）。
