必要条件 对零售场景、门店用户体验和销售转化有基本理解，愿意深入一线观察和解决问题； 具备较强的学习能力和开放心态，能快速理解教育产品、用户需求及不同门店场景； 有活动设计、用户体验、门店运营、销售支持或相关项目经验，能把想法落到现场执行； 沟通协同能力强，能与门店、销售、产品、内容等不同角色共同推进项目； 接受一定频率的国内及海外门店走访和支持。 加分项 英文流利 有儿童乐园、亲子体验、素质教育、体验式零售或品牌体验店相关经历； 有从零设计线下活动或服务流程，并形成可复制标准的经验； 有面向家长和学生的服务、活动或产品体验设计经验； 对 3D 打印、创客教育或科技产品有兴趣。
