1. 负责集团全球税务架构的设计与优化，重点围绕欧美高收益市场，通过控股层级、IP持有主体、利润归属等结构设计降低整体有效税率。 2. 主导研发费用加计扣除、高新技术企业认定、出口退税等税收优惠的申请与维护。 3. 制定集团转让定价政策，管理境内外关联交易（货物、IP许可、服务费）的定价合规，推动APA等确定性工具落地。 4. 面向欧美市场的VAT/Sales Tax、预提税、数字服务税等，识别合规框架内的筹划空间，优化跨境支付税务成本。 5. 为新市场进入、新渠道拓展及重大交易提供前置税务评估与方案设计，确保业务决策税务最科学合理。

1. 会计、财务、税务或法律相关专业本科及以上学历；持有CPA、CTA或同等资质优先。 2. 7年以上税务经验，其中3年以上专注于跨境税务筹划或国际税务架构设计。 3. 深入了解中国出口退税、企业所得税优惠体系，以及欧美主要市场的企业所得税、增值税/消费税规则。 4. 有转让定价文档编制、APA谈签或跨境架构重组的实操经验。 5. 具备较强的商业判断力，能基于快速发展的业务推动税务筹划政策的落地。 加分项 1. 有消费电子、硬件制造或跨境电商企业的税务筹划经验 2. 有主导过集团海外架构搭建或并购税务尽调经验
