课程体系从零搭建与标准化 1.负责从零开始规划并制定拓竹科技全球课程标准与开发 Guideline，确保课程设计的科学性、系统性与可复制性。 2.独立输出三大核心场景的课程模板： •K12校园场景： 紧密结合学校教学需求，设计跨学科、项目式（PBL）的创客与 STEAM 课程模板。 •家庭场景： 面向亲子互动与自主探究，设计趣味性强、上手门槛低、强调动手实践的家庭教育课程模板。 •兴趣与创客空间场景： 面向校外创客空间、研学基地或个人爱好者，设计进阶型、挑战性强、注重软硬件协同创新的课程模板。 共建课程开发与生态协同 3. 负责第三方共建课程的顶层设计与标准审核。对标全球主要国家与地区的本地课纲（如中国新课纲、美国 NGSS、CSTA 等），引入“大国造”等体系化课程，或指导海外本地团队/合作伙伴开发独立的地方性课程。 4. 主导 CyberBrick（CB）共建课程的研发。以 CyberBrick 模块化硬件生态为核心，深度挖掘 3D 打印与可编程智能硬件的结合点，由 CB 硬件生态主导，教育 BL 深度配合，输出符合主流课纲的硬核创客课程。 5. 深度践行 AI First 理念，善用先进的 AI 工具（如大语言模型、AI 辅助设计等）进行课程大纲编撰、内容生成、多语言本地化翻译及教学资源包的高效制作，颠覆传统课程开发模式，实现极致的开发效率。 6. 深入思考课程的商业化与盈利模式。设计具备商业 sense 的课程产品形态（如软硬件捆绑包、订阅制课程服务、师资培训增值服务等），确保课程体系不仅具备教育价值，更能有效赋能业务增长与渠道变现。

- 拥有教育学、教育心理学、科学、技术、工程或数学（STEM）等相关专业的本科及以上学历。 - 3 年以上 STEAM 教育公司、机器人教育机构或科技公司教育业务线的课程研发、教研负责人或核心课研经验。 - 深刻理解全球主流 STEAM、机器人及创客教育的课纲标准，能够精准完成课程与课纲的对标。 - 英语可作为工作语言，需达到流利沟通水平（能独立进行口语交流及英文课程资料、课纲对标文档的撰写）。 - 具备扎实的课程开发与教学设计能力，精通项目式学习（PBL）与体验式教学的设计方法。 - AI 工具的重度使用者，能够熟练将 AI 应用于内容创作、大纲设计或翻译，具备 Open-Mind 的心态，渴望用科技手段革新传统课研效率。 - 适应初创及快速迭代的科技行业节奏，具备极强的独立解决问题能力（0到1构建能力），无惧在没有下属支持的情况下独立产出高质量成果。 加分项 - 具有软硬件协同教育产品（如 3D 打印、开源硬件、编程机器人、乐高教育等）课程开发经验者优先。 - 拥有海外留学背景，或主导过全球化教育项目落地者优先。
