1.建立硬件测试标准，对测试流程和测试方法进行不断的创新和改进，提升硬件可靠性； 2.编写测试用例、测试报告，针对测试发现的问题与研发人员进行沟通和分析跟踪改进，主导各阶段的测试评审、维护和更新; 3.独立负责整机的信号完整性、电源完整性、功耗等方面的测试，及时交付准确、全面的测试报告； 4.对硬件产品可靠性、可测试性等进行评估，负责产品缺陷跟踪处理与风险评估。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业; 2.3年以上硬件测试经验，熟悉硬件开发与测试流程，并能够熟练阅读英文器件规格书和协议文档; 3.具有良好的数字电路及模拟电路基础，熟悉电子专业基础知识，完整掌握信号理论； 4.具有较强的分析和总结问题的能力; 5.具备较强的学习能力和良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神，工作责任心强。
