- 必要条件 1. 3年以上寻源、采购商务或供应商管理经验； 2. 有智能硬件行业经验，熟悉机电类或模组类物料的供应市场、成本构成及供应商能力评估； 3. 有从新项目寻源、供应商导入到量产管理的完整项目经验； 4. 具备成本分析和商务谈判能力，能够独立判断报价、制定选商策略并推动落地； 5. 有较强的跨团队协同和问题推进能力，能适应多项目并行和快速迭代的节奏。 - 加分项 1. 有消费电子、机器人、3D打印或其他复杂硬件产品经验； 2. 有供应风险管理、产能规划或关键物料保供经验。
