1. 深度理解客服业务场景（工单/IM/电话/外呼等），梳理一线痛点，输出标准化业务流程图和需求文档，并通过系统落地实现客服工作质量和效率的提升。 2. 基于业务场景，主导多角色、跨部门需求调研（运营、质检、培训、升级、物流、电商、开发等），设计客服工作台一站式解决方案（如智能路由、知识库、自动化工具集成），协调产品、开发、测试团队，确保需求高质量交付，主导关键功能验收。 3. 基于业务KPI和系统能力，构建客服运营数据看板，监测服务时效/解决率/满意度等指标。 4. 熟悉SAP相关模块（CS/SD/MM），了解售后业务流程与系统实现逻辑，有SAP流程设计或项目参与经验者优先。

1. 有团队管理经验优先，智能硬件行业背景优先。至少主导过200+内部用户的客服系统设计、开发及上线。 2. 熟悉客服业务指标（如FCR、CSAT）及典型系统架构，具备内部外用户体验意识。 3. 具备业务洞察力和技术理解力：能挖掘业务流程痛点和信息化卡点，形成解决方案，能对话开发团队讨论API对接/数据同步/微服务设计等方案。
