1. 负责天猫、京东、抖音、拼多多等电商平台咨询接待，熟练掌握商品信息，了解客户的需求，掌握沟通技巧，正确解释并生动描述产品的特征与优点，促成咨询转化； 2. 准确、简洁、高效、友好的回复客户购买商品时提出的各种问题，以每次贴心丶周到的服务建立起专业、负责任、值得信赖的店铺形象； 3. 接待客户热情大方丶细心周到，积极主动的帮助客户解决售中售后问题； 4. 积极跟进意愿客户，促成下单，适时进行催单催付； 5. 接待过程中善于分析用户，引导用户好评，避免差评；做好售后引导，避免用户申请品质问题退货。

1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 1-3年电商客服经验，熟悉天猫、京东、抖音、拼多多等平台规则，了解电商客户特征； 3. 耐心细致，对产品有浓厚兴趣，学习意愿强，具备一定的逻辑理解能力； 4. 智能硬件行业经验或者机械类专业背景优先； 5. 有良好的表达及沟通能力，打字速度不低于每分钟70字。
