1. 负责公司内控体系的搭建与持续完善，制定并优化内控制度、流程规范及执行标准，推动内控体系在核心业务环节的有效落地。 2. 组织开展业务全流程的内控风险识别与评估，制定风险应对策略并推动落实，建立健全风险预警机制。 3. 监督各项内控流程的执行情况，识别流程执行中的薄弱环节与体系有效性，推动跨部门流程优化，提升业务流程的规范性与运营效率。 4. 培训与指导：通过培训提升员工内控意识和能力，确保内控政策和制度在平台部门得到有效执行；树立员工流程导向理念和意识，培训流程管理能力。 5. 监督与报告：定期监督和评估平台内控体系的有效性和持续性，确保内部控制的质量和效率。及时报告内部控制的情况、存在的问题以及改进措施的实施情况。

1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 具备5年以上内控、有内控体系搭建工作经验优先，掌握内控相关法规与标准，具备扎实的风险识别、评估与应对能力，能独立主导全流程内控评估与优化项目；拥有出色的跨部门沟通与协同能力。 3. 有参与内控系统流程建设的经验，有互联网行业经验，具备探索求知精神，逻辑思维能力强。 4. 具备项目管理基本能力和知识，能够开展流程优化项目，开展跨部门协作，对项目进行全生命周期管理。 5. 原则性强，具备高度的责任心与合规意识。
