1、目标拆解：分平台制定国内社媒投放策略、预算模型与落地路径，将品牌声量、搜索指数、SOV等宏观目标转化为可计算的社媒投放子目标，兼顾目标达成与成本效率。 2、投放落地：主导抖音、B站、小红书、微信等平台的信息流、搜索、资源位等投放，确保目标、节点与创意同频。 3、数据归因：通过社媒后台工具和内部数据库的数据分析，与电商投放合作，建立投放目标的归因模型，复盘并优化投放方案、反推内容创作。 4、内部梳理：梳理国内社媒 SOP 及流程机制，与数据部门一起搭建内部数据看板。与社媒营销配合，负责投流相关的供应商引入和管理。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、统计学、计算机、金融工程等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，有硬件/3C/科技行业背景优先。 2、熟悉各类主流内容平台（如抖音、快手、视频号、小红书等）的运营规则、推广机制和广告投放系统。 3、具备较强的数据拆解能力和数据归因能力。具备出色的项目管理能力，能够合理分配资源、运用资源，实现业务目标的落地。 4、愿意在创业环境中工作，接受 0-1 的挑战。对社媒投放有持续的热情，关注行业先进案例。
