1、ToC 物流体验提升：负责 ToC 物流体验（正向 + 逆向）的持续优化，主导客户问题的发现、归因、解决方案制定与闭环跟进，持续提升客户体验。 2、物流异常策略与流程：针对物流异常制定对应策略与处理流程，主动识别并规避风险，减少异常对客户体验的影响。 3、物流服务商 & 跨部门协作：与内部物流 / 仓储 / 电商等相关方协作，参与并推动物流服务端问题的评估与解决，并对结果负责。 4、机制与沉淀：将高频问题与处理经验沉淀为可复用的策略、流程与业务知识，支撑长期稳定输出（随业务发展，职责方向可进一步拓展）。

1、3年及以上服务运营/服务代表相关经验；或具备跨境 ToC 物流 / 供应链 / 逆向物流 / 最后一公里等相关经验，能从物流角度提供专业支持； 2、能从复杂问题现象中抽象归纳，具备独立拆解与闭环能力； 3、较强的跨部门沟通与对外协作能力，能推动相关方配合； 4、数据敏感，了解行业水平，能以数据衡量问题与改进效果； 5、有责任心、抗压能力强，能对最终结果负责。
